Objectives:
- To establish the internal detailed management and networking structure and procedures in order to reach EPOCA's scientific objectives, its fulfilment of milestones and deliverables
- To use these procedures as a tool for effective management, monitoring, risk assessment and delivery of results
Description of work and role of participants:
T1.1: Project Office and EB will develop a detailed management and communication plan for all participants based on the project description as accepted in the contract with the EC and in CA with partners
T1.2: PM will set into force the communication network for the decision making structure, the advisory panels, the Core Themes and the work packages
T1.3: PM will set into force the communication network with contractor's financial, administrative and legal officers, transfer the funds and inform about the financial guidelines for the project
T1.4: Organize the kick-off and annual meetings
T1.5: Weekly email and/or telephone conferences between PM/Coordinator and Executive Board
T1.6: Regular exchanges between PM/Coordinator and Themes and WP leaders to identify risks
T1.7: Monthly email and/or telephone conferences between PM/Coordinator and Steering Committee
T1.8: WP leaders collect reports from PIs at months 10, 22, 34 and 46
T1.9: Theme leaders collect reports from WP leaders at months 11, 23, 35 and 47
T1.10: Theme leaders report to PM at months 12, 24, 36 and 48
T1.11: PM and EB combine all contributions and write a report for SSC and EC at months 12, 24, 36 and 48
T1.12: PM collects cost statements reports from all partners at months 12, 24, 36 and 48
T1.13: Delivery of scientific and financial reports to EC at months 13, 25, 37 and 49
T1.14: Delivery of a report on horizontal project related issues at month 49
