The Ocean in a High-CO2 World II Meeting, Monaco
What do we do? - News

The second symposium on The Ocean in a High CO2 world took place in Monaco 6-9 October 2008. Around 250 scientists (including several EPOCA PIs and students) from all over the world met to discuss current and future research within the field of ocean acidification. The last day of the symposium was intended for the general public and media with presentations including a comprehensive talk summarising the three first days of the symposium by Carol Turley (download the presentation PDF), followed by an overview of the economic aspects of ocean acidification by Hermann Held and a presentation on how to connect science to policy by John Baxter. The scientific presentations as well as the three presentations mentioned above will soon be available on the meeting web site.
