Dissemination & media center

Dissemination and outreach are important aspects of EPOCA and several means of passing on the knowledge on ocean acidification to different stakeholders is used. Information is passed to the scientific community through publications and deliverables, to school teachers and pupils via international educational projects and to industries and organisations via the reference user group. Efficient communication with the non-European scientific community is ensured through the international scientific advisory panel.

It is also of highest priority to inform the general public about ocean acidification and its consequences. On this page you will find press releases from the launch of the project, and subsequent media coverage (interviews in news papers, radios and television) as well as documents to download ( posters, flyers and logos). For more general information on ocean acidification, see “what is ocean acidification?” , the key documents and the ocean acidification blog.
